The hostess is rude, the "manager" is inept, and we won't be back. She inquired feebly "do you want me to get you another pancake?" We took our take out home and ate our cold panckes and drank our cold chocolate. When our drinks were ready, an older woman (the elusive manager?) approached and said "I heard you have a question about your order?" I related the entire story. The hostess shrugged and said "you have to specify that in the order." Sadly, the app does not allow you to make comments on your order, Oh, well. The take out order was incorrect in the sense that I ordered two of the daily pancakes - wanting one of each, but instead received two of the same kind. Another hostess/waitress called out that our take out was ready, we just had to wait for drinks. Make My Snooze Hours Today: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM. We asked if we could be seated and eat the food we had already ordered for take out at the table. When we arrived minutes later, the wait was 45 minutes! The hostess just shrugged and said they had technical problems. When I tried to place us on the wait list, the Snooze App indicated there was no wait at this loction. ![]() We have previously enjoyed meals at this Snooze location, but our most recent experience was awful.
